February Recap
Now with conference play underway, the Mountain Lions have built some momentum heading into the most meaningful games of the year. Starting out strong going 5-3 on the road to Tucson, Arizona and Tahlequah, Oklahoma, the Mountain Lions hit the ground running after returning back to Colorado and finishing out conference play 5-2. After missing the postseason tournament the last two years, the Mountain Lions look to finally get the monkey off their back and get their feet wet in the conference tournament this year by starting off strong in conference play.
Upcoming Games
March 14-16th
The Mountain Lions hit the road to take on Regis University. The Rangers took the first meeting between the two teams during non-conference game. This series could be a conference tournament matchup early into conference play with the top two offenses in the conference going head to head.
March 21-23rd
Adams State University comes to Colorado Springs to take on the Mountain Lions. The Mountain Lions took the first matchup between the teams early in non-conference play. After blocking the Mountain Lions out of the tournament last year, the boys in black and gold look to get some redemption with a big series.
March 28-30th
Viva Las Vegas! (New Mexico). The Mountain Lions hit the road yet again to take on the New Mexico Highlands Cowboys. After a sweep on the road last year, the Mountain Lions look to continue their continued dominance over the Cowboys.
